The purpose of this article is to help candidates when they need assistance with an expired interview invitation.
How do you request an extension?
If your interview has expired, you can request an extension by contacting the hiring team using the 'Message Center' located on the digital interview page.
Please follow the steps below:

Re-open your digital invitation link.

From the interview page, click 'Message Center' (located in the upper right corner of the page).

Send a message directly to the organizer.

If your interview page does not have a Message Center, that means that the inviting company does not have that feature enabled. We recommend that you contact the inviting company using another method of communication.
Please be aware that the interviewstream Technical Support team does not have the authorization to extend the expiration on a digital interview. We are the providers of the software. We do not create, send, or manage the interview invitation or hiring process.

If the Message Center is not enabled on your digital interview page then you will not see 'Message Center' at the top right of the digital interview (see image below), please contact the organizer directly using the contact information provided in the email invitation.
