The interviewstream Technical Support team does not have authorization to reset digital interviews. We are the providers of the software and we do not manage the hiring process. We did not create or send out the interview invitation.

Please contact the recruiter (recruiter/hiring manager/administrator) to request a reset of the digital interview.
The easiest way to contact the organizer is to send a message using the 'Message Center' directly from the interview link. There are instructions below to help guide you.
How to send a message to the organizer from the digital interview landing page:
Re-open your invitation link.
From the invitation landing page, click 'Message Center' (located in the upper right corner of the page)
Send a message directly to the organizer
Since interviewstream does not have visibility into recruiter timelines, our support agents can’t give an exact timeframe for when the hiring team will respond to the message — but your message will reach the right person.
There is no limit to the number of messages you can send. So, feel free to continue to send a message via the 'Message Center' as often as you'd like.

The hiring team will review your request at their earliest convenience and respond to you directly. Please note that the recruiter may not immediately review your message
