If your interview gets stuck on the response upload screen after any response submission, it is perfectly fine for you to exit the interview and then reconnect by clicking on the original invitation link you received via email.
After reconnecting, the system will provide your interview completion status, informing you if you have any questions left to answer or if your interview is complete. If you have interview questions unanswered, the system will resume the upload from the last question you answered and then you will continue with the next question. Once you complete your digital interview, you can request a reset (redo) from the company hiring team by using the 'Message Center' from the interview page. Please see Can I redo (reset) my digital interview and start over?
If you are still experiencing upload or freezing behavior. We recommend that you confirm the internet browser on your computer is running the most recent updated version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and try running a speed test at www.speedtest.net to make sure your internet is fast enough.
- Upload speeds are determined by the internet service provider (ISP). For a successful interview, you will need an internet speed of 5 Mbps to download and 2 Mbps to upload an interview.
Please be aware that we test using recent versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Some features may not be available when using other web browsers.
