What are the internet connection requirements?
when using a phone or tablet, we strongly recommend downloading the interviewstream mobile application rather than using a mobile browser.
If you have access to a computer or laptop, that is always the preferred method for completing your digital interview.
Important Notes
Mobile device browsers (even supported ones like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) may cause unexpected behavior during your interview.
Using the interviewstream mobile application helps prevent camera, microphone, and upload issues.
A stable WiFi connection is strongly recommended.
Close all other apps or browser tabs running in the background before starting.
Steps to Download and Use the Mobile App
Open the interview invitation email on your mobile device.
Click the digital interview link.
Your browser will open to the interview landing page.
Write down the interview password shown on the screen (you will need this to log in).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Get Started.
Click the link to download the interviewstream app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Once installed, open the interviewstream mobile app.
Log in using the same email address that received the invitation.
Enter your interview password.
Follow the on-screen prompts to begin your interview.

Use a device with a working camera and microphone.
Ensure camera and microphone permissions are enabled in your device settings.
Use a strong WiFi connection rather than cellular data.
Restart your device before beginning if you have experienced technical issues.
