Please note: To access the message center from a mobile device you will need to download the interviewstream Mobile App from either the Apple AppStore or the Google PlayStore.
To access the Message Center from a laptop or desktop computer, follow these steps:
- Click the link for your digital interview.
- Click 'Message Center' in the upper right-hand corner (see screenshot below).
Type your detailed message and click "Send".
- The recruiter will review your request at their earliest convenience and respond directly. Please note that our Support Team is unable to provide a specific time frame for when the recruiter will reach out to you.
From your mobile device:
IMPORTANT: Switch your browser to Desktop mode from Mobile view if you're unable to locate the Message Center from your interview link or if you're unable to find your login and password on your mobile phone/tablet device. You can access this feature in your browser's settings.
- Obtain your login and password from your digital interview page (see note above).
- Download the interviewstream mobile app. You can easily download by tapping on the AppStore or Google Play icons located next to your login and password.
- Once downloaded, log into the mobile app using the login email address and password provided on the digital interview page.
- Click on the specific role or position that you want to send the recruitment team a message for.
- Tap on the icon at the top right corner of the screen
(Apple) or
(Android).
- Type your message at the bottom of your screen. When finished, click 'Send'.
Note: If the 'Message Center' is NOT appearing at all, please contact the recruiter/organizer using the information you received in the original email invitation request.
