A candidate can complete an interview over the phone if the following criteria are met:
- The questions must all be voice questions
- The audio for the question must be added using the 'record with microphone' option
When the candidate receives the invitation and goes to the landing page, they will have a phone option if a voice call has been set up by the hiring manager/recruiter.
If the 'Via Phone' option is not available and the candidate would like to have a phone option, they should contact the administrator/hiring manager/recruiter directly.
PLEASE NOTE: interview stream technical support will be unable to update the interview to allow 'Via Phone' this action MUST be completed by the administrator/recruiter/hiring manager from the inviting company.
After clicking on phone, the candidate can choose to either call a toll-free number or have our system call them to conduct the voice interview.
