Tips to Prevent Upload Issues (Mac or Windows)
If your interview upload appears stuck or slow, try the following:
Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network
Close other browser tabs or applications using the internet
Restart your computer before beginning the interview
Open the interview using Chrome or Edge
Once uploading begins, leave the tab open until the upload finishes
Avoid switching networks or navigating away from the page while your responses are uploading.
