If you'd like to change your satisfaction rating (ie: from 'Bad' to 'Good') please follow the steps below:

Log into the interviewstream Help Desk Portal

Click on your name at the top right

Click 'My Activities' from the drop-down menu

Click on the subject of the ticket ID you'd like to change the rating

Click on the rating you'd like to change to and add a comment if you'd like
-
Click 'Submit my rating'
