Audience: End-users with access to interviewstream (RIVS)
After creating a Fixed Availability Event Template, by default, it will set the time zone to the same time zone as is configured (set) on the user who is viewing the event template.
- For example - if your account was set to Eastern time, this would become the default timezone for that event template after you had created it. Availability is managed in the configured event template time zone, and this time zone will also be shown on email invitations.
To view or change the default time zone of an event template, click the 'Event Templates' list via the menu (see below)
Then choose the Funnel filter on "Name (Internal)", or search the list, until you have found the event template you want to reconfigure
After selecting the event template, click the 'Configure' tab
The configured view has an "Additional Settings" category, which includes the timezone, which you can edit from here.
