After a candidate finishes their digital interview, the system needs a little time to process and re-encode the video responses. During this time, you may see a message indicating that the interview is still processing — this is completely normal.
How long does processing take?
Processing time can vary depending on a few factors, such as:
The length and size of the video
The number of candidates in the requisition
The browser or device being used
In most cases, processing is completed within 30 minutes, and the status will update to “Completed.”
What if it’s taking longer than expected?
If an interview has been processing for more than 24 hours, please reach out to our Technical Support team so we can take a closer look and help resolve it.
Good to know
If an interview is manually marked as completed before processing finishes, the system may require the video responses to be re-encoded.
