If you do not have any internal participants attached to time slots on an event template, then the availability will not show for candidates trying to schedule. You can add internal participants to the event template by clicking on "Event Templates"
Click the name of the Event Template
Click "Configure"
Under "Internal Participants" add all participants under "Add Internal Participants" and click "Save and Next"
