Overview
If a recruiter is unavailable due to vacation, leave, role changes, or other circumstances, you can reassign a requisition to another recruiter. This allows the new Managing Recruiter to manage the requisition and send interview invitations as needed.
Example Scenario
A recruiter unexpectedly goes out of the office and is currently listed as the Managing Recruiter on several requisitions. Another recruiter needs access so they can continue the hiring process and send interview invitations to candidates.
How to Change the Managing Recruiter
- Open the requisition.
- Navigate to Configure.
- Select User Access.
- Locate the Managing Recruiter drop-down menu.
- Select the new recruiter from the list.
- Click Save.
The selected recruiter will now be assigned as the Managing Recruiter for that requisition.
Need to Change It Back?
If the original recruiter returns and needs ownership restored:
- Open the requisition.
- Navigate to Configure > User Access.
- Select the desired recruiter from the Managing Recruiter drop-down menu.
- Click Save.
