Please try the following steps to resolve the error:

- If the error is still present and you are using Google Chrome, please try Microsoft Edge.

- If the error is still presented, please confirm that the camera and microphone in your browser permission setting are set to 'ALLOW'.

- If the error is still presented and/or you are still unable to connect to the live meeting, please SUBMIT A REQUEST TO SUPPORT and an interviewstream Technical Agent will contact you.
