If you still experiencing the same issue, disagree that the issue was resolved, or if something new occurred that invalidates the fix, you can re-open your ticket by taking the following steps:
- Log in to the Help Desk Portal
- Click on your profile in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Activities' from the drop-down
- Click on your ticket subject
- At the bottom, you can send your response where it says "Add to conversation"
- Click 'Submit'
