On the requisition candidate view, you can access an option called "Re-encode responses", as seen below
When you select "Re-encode responses", the original interview responses are sent back to the interviewstream encoding servers, which combines the audio and video recordings and formats them for playback.
If you experience any issues with video or audio playbacks, it can be worth trying the re-encode responses option, as this may resolve any issue experienced with this feature area.
Selecting this option is harmless, and will not result in data loss.

If your issue is not resolved by choosing this option and allowing 1-2 hours to pass, please submit a request to Technical Support.
