The interviewstream Technical Support team does not have the authorization to extend the expiration on a digital interview.
We are the providers of the software and did not create or send out the interview invitation.
Candidates: Please contact the organizer (recruiter/hiring manager/administrator) to request an extension of the interview. The easiest way to contact the organizer is to send a message using the 'Message Center' directly from the interview link.
Please follow the steps below:
Re-open your invitation link.
From the invitation landing page, click 'Message Center' (located in the upper right corner of the page).
Send a message directly to the organizer.
- The organizer will then review your request at their earliest convenience and respond to you directly. Please note that the organizer may not immediately review your message
- If the Message Center is not enabled on your digital interview page then you will not see 'Message Center' at the top right of the digital interview (see image below), please contact the organizer directly using the contact information provided in the email invitation.
