IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are using a mobile device browser, even one that is recommended [Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge], it may produce unexpected behavior during your digital interview.
Follow the steps below:
From your device, open the email interview invitation.
Click on the digital interview link.
Your browser will open the link. It will appear similar to the one you see below in the screenshot.
Note: Please write down your interview password provided in the screenshot.
At the bottom of the screen, click "Get Started". To download the RIVS Apply app click on the link "App Store" or "Google Play Store"
5. The store will open. Please download the app to your device.
Note: Please close all other open tabs running in the background and make sure your device is connected to WiFi.
6. Log into the interview using the same email address you received your invitation.

7. Enter the password.
8. Proceed with your interview following the prompts.
