When troubleshooting technical issues that involve the web browser (Such as Firefox or Chrome), it is very helpful for interviewstream technical support to capture a full recording of what was going on in the web browser, and any errors that might have occurred.
To do this, please follow the steps below:

Open a web browser, either Firefox or Chrome. Note: Other browsers may not be able to capture all of this information.

Navigate in the browser until you are exactly one-click away from recreating the issue.
In Firefox:

- Press the hamburger menu icon
- Select “Web Developer”
- Select “Network”
- You will now see a screen similar to this:

Before proceeding, please clear any current data in this window. You can do this by pressing the trash can icons

Make the last click, and recreate the issue.
If any steps happened between clearing the current data and recreating the problem, please clear the data again. The less data is contained in the recording, the easier it will be to analyze. -
Now, press the Gear Icon, and press 'Save All as HAR file'

Save the file somewhere, in preparation for sending it to Interviewstream Support

Now, right-click in the Console Area (the lowest portion), right-click, and press “Export Visible Messages to”. Select the file, and save the file save it. We highly recommend you write down/document where you saved it so you can retrieve it, in preparation for sending the recording to interviewstream technical support.

You can now close this menu (With the X icon in the top right corner of the debug menu), and send the captured files to Interviewstream Support.

In Chrome:

Press the Hamburger 3-dot menu in the top right corner

Select More Tools → Developer tools

Please start by clearing any data that is already displayed here, by pressing the cancel icons in this menu
Please do this step again if anything shows up here before the reported issue is recreated. The less data is captured, the easier it will be to sort through for Interviewstream Developers -
Do the last click necessary to recreate the issue

Press the Download Arrow Icon, to export the HAR file. Select the file, and save it. We highly recommend you write down/document where you saved it so you can retrieve it, in preparation for sending the recording to interviewstream technical support.

Right-click in the lower console area, and select 'Save As'

Close the debug console by pressing the 'X' icon in the top right corner

Please send the two recorded files via email by replying to the requested email from interviewstream support requesting the recording capture.
