If your interview gets stuck on the response upload screen after any response submission, it is perfectly fine for you to exit the interview then reconnect by clicking on the original invitation link you received via email.
After reconnecting, the system will provide your interview completion status, informing you if you have any questions left to answer or if your interview is complete. If you have interview questions still to answer, the system will resume the upload from the last question you answered and then you will continue with the next question.
