The interviewstream Technical Support team does not have the authorization to reset digital interviews. We are the providers of the software and did not create or send out the interview invitation.
If you are a job candidate, please contact the organizer (recruiter/hiring manager/administrator) to request a reset of the interview. The easiest way to contact the organizer is to send a message using the 'Message Center' directly from the interview link. There are instructions below to help guide you.
How to send a message to the organizer from the digital interview landing page:
Re-open your invitation link.
From the invitation landing page, click 'Message Center' (located in the upper right corner of the page)
Send a message directly to the organizer
- The organizer will then review your request at their earliest convenience and respond to you directly. Please note that the organizer may not immediately review your message
- If the Message Center is not enabled for your digital interview, please contact the organizer directly using the contact information provided in the email invitation.
