If an interview is stuck in processing, it may sometimes be necessary to request a re-encoding of the responses provided during the interview. To do this, find the candidate requisition and click "Review Candidates." Find and click the candidate's name.
On the candidate profile page, you can click the gear icon on the right side for the interview
Click "Re-encode responses"
After clicking "Re-encode responses," you will get a message stating "Responses re-encoding has been successfully queued. Please come back in 1-2 hours to check the results.
If after that the interview is still in processing, you can click the gear icon again and click "Mark as Complete"
