Purpose: Intended to help RIVS Users with a Login when encountering alerts.
After an interview is completed the system is working on re-encoding the responses. During this time you may see the message below:
The processing time for a completed digital candidate interview is dependent on many factors (length/size of the video recording, the number of candidates in the requisition, outdated browser, etc.). On average it takes less than thirty minutes for processing to finish and change the Request Status to "Completed". If you have a candidate interview that is processing for longer than twenty-four (24) hours please Submit a Request to technical support.
Note: If you manually mark the candidate interview as completed, you may have to re-encode your responses.
