If the organizer did not provide contact information and you would like to reach out to discuss the position (scheduling, position/interview status, next steps, etc.), we recommend using the 'Message Center' feature directly from the digital interview page.
- Open on the Digital Interview Link
- Click on 'Message Center' in the upper right-hand corner (please see screenshot below).
Type your detailed message and click "Send".
- The recruiter will then review your request at their earliest convenience and respond to you directly. Please note that the recruiter may not immediately review your message.
Note: If the 'Message Center' is not appearing, please contact the recruiter/organizer using the information you received in the original email invitation request.
