Unfortunately, the interviewstream Technical Support team does not have the authorization to reset interviews. We are only the providers of the software and did not create or send out the interview invitation.
Click "Requisitions" and select the requisition the candidate has been invited to
Select the candidate that needs to be reset from the list of candidates
If the interview is not complete:
- Advise candidate they will need to first complete the interview, specific questions can be reset after the interview is complete
- Contact Technical support to request the interview be marked complete
If the interview is complete:
Select the gear icon to the right of the page above the questions and click "Redo specific questions"
Enter the new expiration date, select the questions that need to be reset, and then click "Next"
Click "Send Email"
