Logging into the RIVS platform

1. Go to https://login.rivs.com/ 
2. Enter the email address you used to register for RIVS.
3. Enter the password.
4. Click 'login'
5. After clicking 'login', you will be redirected to your RIVS dashboard.

Note: If you exceed the maximum number of failed attempts, you will be instructed to reset your password.

Resetting your password for rivs.com

1. Click 'recover your password' and you will be redirected to the 'Recover Password' page.
2. Type your email address.  Instructions will be sent to your email allowing you to reset your password.
   • Password Requirements: 
     • Minimum 6 characters
     • Maximum 30 characters
     • At least 1 lower case character
     • At least 1 upper case character
     • At least 1 digit (numerical value)

Password Security Best Practices
